Two-time CMAO Rising Star Nominee, Brooklyn Roebuck, popped onto the country music scene at the age of 14 as the first country artist to win YTV’s hit series “The Next Star”. Brooklyn hosted many shows on YTV including her own “Brooklyn’s Movie Night” and has appeared on CMT’s Chevy Top 20 Countdown and ET Canada. Several of her music videos have caught airtime from CMT, YTV and Juicebox Television. Her most memorable performance remains a soulful rendition of “O Holy Night” on CMT’s star-studded “The Gift of Giving”. www.brooklynroebuck.com
Buck Twenty has an infectious country pop sound and have already received critical acclaim: Their debut four track extended play (EP) was put on display as they were honoured as Country Music Association of Ontario (CMAO) Artist of The Month in January 2015. The band consists of three members from the Windsor-Essex County area: Mike Ure, Aidan Johnson-Bujold, and Brandon Lefrancois. The trio combine musical and creative storytelling to embody a sound that is fresh and high energy, but always rooted in a country attitude. www.bucktwentyband.com.
