Please attend our Annual General Meeting on November 21, 2018 at the Satellite Restaurant 145 King St W, Chatham Ontario. We will start with breakfast at 8:00 am and move into the meeting.
HIGH LIGHTS FROM THE MEETING:
Chair Jim Carrington Welcomed everyone and had everyone introduce themselves.
Sargeant Jim Lynds reported on the Year-to-date police report for the downtown and discussed some social issues.
Guest speakers were Stuart McFadden, Darrin Canniff and Ian Clark
Ian Clark informed the attendees of the upcoming even Rogers Hometown Hockey in December
Jim Carrington reported on DTIC and the Santa Claus Parade. Connie reported on RetroFest and possible changes for this coming year.
The attendees where given time to review and approve the 2017 Meeting Minutes.
Financials were reviewed by the HDTC-BIA Treasurer, Jeff Comiskey as well as the proposed 2019 Budget.
All board reports and financials were approved at this meeting.
Paul Shettell gave final remarks about the changing businesses in the downtown core.
This package as well as the ‘unapproved 2018 Meeting Minutes’ will be forward to the City Clerk at the Municiaplity of Chatham-Kent
