Chatham-Kent Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario

ACCESS Open Minds Chatham-Kent is a mental health delivery program that aims to connect young Canadians aged 11 to 25 with mental health services, all under one roof. With programs focusing on early identification and flexible services, it gives youth and families the compassionate care that they need. This site was part of the first network to have been launched under Canada’s Strategy for Patient-Oriented Research (SPOR) and funded through a partnership between CIHR and the Graham Boeckh Foundation.

Why Choose Chatham-Kent Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario?

We are now one of ten Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) sites funded through the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care and the Ministry of Child and Youth Services, with support from the Graham Boeckh Foundation, the CAMH Foundation, and various private donors. ACCESS Open Minds CK, a Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario site, continues to bring the right services to youth (and their families) at the right time and in the right place. YWHO is a critical step toward improving Ontario’s mental health and addiction services for youth. https://www.youthhubs.ca/en/sites/chatham-kent/
